Baycoat, a producer of pre-painted steel coils, is dedicated to the application of coating systems to our owners' substrate, to produce a product that conforms to the customer's specifications and is appropriate for its intended end use. Our quality policy can be summarized with the statement:

We do this to create efficiencies, take advantage of opportunities, and address known or potential risks to any of our interested parties in the safest way possible.
The goals we set, and progress toward their achievement, are communicated on an ongoing basis with all Baycoat employees. Employee involvement is a fundamental part of improvement toward our goals. We actively seek feedback from our owners and customers to better understand their needs and to monitor their satisfaction with Baycoat as a supplier.
