Baycoat utilizes a continuous and automated process for roll coating Arcelor Mittal
Dofasco and Stelco steel substrate supplied in the form of coils. Each coil processed
through the coating production line is cleaned, pretreated, painted, oven cured
and recoiled to the end users specification. Each pass through the line is capable
of applying two layers of paint on both sides of the steel surface at line speeds
up to 480'/min. Coil coating is the most advanced method for applying paint to steel.
